Real PCS is already established in Warwickshire & Solihull providing bespoke support packages. We are passionate about supporting vulnerable adults to lead a valued and dignified life & will do everything we can to help achieve this for anyone referred to us.
We work with people within their homes and their communities, providing a flexible and responsive service. We support people to live independently, to express their views, and to make choices and decisions, with assistance as needed. We strive to improve outcomes for people across all areas of their life, such as: self-determination, health, housing, independence, community involvement; contact with friends and family.

Real PCS was established by Sarah-Marie Smith and Jo Carr to provide a REAL Person Centred Service as a refreshing alternative to the increasing money motivated Corporate takeover of the care industry. Real PCS is a genuine local business, not a franchise or subsidiary.
